Book with 30% and final payment one month before the wedding.
Travel expenses must be provided if it’s a destination wedding. We strongly suggest that our stay is arranged at the same hotel where the events are taking place. This is to make coverage and transportation easier.
Full-day coverage is up to 13 hours, it starts at the end of the getting ready until the garter and bouquet toss, or until we consider we have enough coverage from the party.
The final package will be delivered between 9 to 10 weeks after the wedding.
Consider 1 hour and a half for the formal session.
Food and seating must be provided for the photographers / Videographers. There might be no coverage for 45 minutes during the time the team is eating.
In case it is a plated dinner please consider serving our team first so we can be ready as soon as possible.
The client must communicate any change in schedule, date change, or cancelations.
In case of changing your date, the client is subject to OM Storytelling´s availability and price adjustments. In case OM Storytelling is not available anymore for the new date, the contract will be canceled.
In the case of cancelation, there are no refunds, but the client may use it as a voucher or transfer it to another couple. Valid for 6 months.
We will completely refund your money in case we can't attend your wedding due to situations that are out of our control, such as but not limited to: Government restrictions that prohibit us to travel, border closures, natural disasters, war, and/or global pandemics. This does not apply if it is a change of date or cancelation from the client's side.
If you book photography with us you are not allowed to hire another photographer. / If you book videography with us you are not allowed to hire another videographer.
The client is responsible for notifying their guests to not interfere with the photographers´ duties by using their cameras or stepping into key moments while we are doing our work. If it becomes a constant issue we may cease our work.
The client grants permission to OM Wedding storytelling to use their image. In case they want to retain the rights it will cost $3,000 USD.
Content should remain online and visible on our sites despite the personal life and unfortunate events of our clients.
The client keeps image printing and reproduction rights under personal use.
OM keeps the footage for 6 months after the wedding, once the date is reached the media will be deleted from our hard drives.
The editing style is at the discretion of OM Storytelling.
Clients have the right to 1 set of changes to their videos before final delivery, any change after that will cost $75 USD per hour.
In case the client wants to review all the footage alongside OM, it will cost $75 USD per hour.
The client has 1 month after the online gallery delivery to select the prints, otherwise, OM team will choose them.
The client has one month after the video review link to express any changes, in case nothing is mentioned we will consider the video approved.
Our apologies beforehand if we don´t follow family members’ instructions, our priority is to follow the couple and to shoot candid moments.
Drone use is subject to weather, location, and law restrictions. OM Storytelling is not responsible for not being able to fly it in such conditions.
In the case that the lives, integrity, and/or the team´s equipment are at risk OM Storytelling team will notify the client, in case the situation persists the services will be suspended without the right of a refund.
Images will be individually corrected for color balance, highlights, contrast, etc. Retouching means correcting various elements in an image such as litter, distracting elements, and minor physical imperfections. OM is granted total artistic control over the final image and the client understands that these are the steps we will take when referring to retouching. In the video, there is no retouching at all, we only correct color.
