We want to capture your day in an organic, relaxed, creative, and artistic way. We don’t see your wedding only as a photo session, but rather as a day to remember exactly how it was.

We know choosing a photographer is a big decision. There are so many factors to weigh. Finding the right photographer who fits naturally into your day and helps you feel comfortable shouldn’t be stressful. My goal is to create a calm, honest, and connected experience — from our first chat to the moment you receive your photos that will last a lifetime.

Editorial influences drive our style focused on candid moments and, most importantly, non-obtrusive. We focus on the aesthetics and emotions of your wedding and those in-between moments. We love to observe our couples and capture them in a very natural, honest, and uncontrived way.

Our approach is to capture natural moments with artistic and creative flair, blending spontaneity with aesthetic finesse.

THE PROCESS

Once you’ve chosen the wedding package that feels right for you, we’ll send over a contract through our CRM system, Studio Ninja.

The contract helps keep everything clear and seamless for both sides—covering timelines, deliverables, and what you can expect from us along the way. Once it’s signed, you’ll receive your invoice.

Payment can be made via credit card, or e-transfer—just let us know what’s most convenient for you, and we’ll take care of the rest. A 40% retainer secures your date, with the remaining balance due one month before the wedding.

Clients portal

We’ll also create a private client portal (Studio Ninja) for you, accessible anytime. Inside, you’ll find everything in one place—your contract, invoices, questionnaires, and all the details we’ll need from you, as well as anything you may need from us.

Questionnaire

Near the date, I will send you a questionnaire to have all the info that I require for planning the day, and see what's more important and define you as a couple. Well collaborate to ensure everything aligns perfectly with your personality and desired outcome. Though these months we will be in touch.

Timeline

Once your questionnaire is completed, we’ll create a timeline on our end so you know exactly when we’ll arrive, when we’ll wrap up, and the moments we recommend allowing time for. This helps the day unfold smoothly, calmly, and without stress—so you can stay present and enjoy it fully.

TRAY & GRADEN

Montse and Adrian were beyond phenomenal. The pictures are breathtaking and they beautifully captured the emotions in the moment, which is amazing. They truly went above and beyond their roles as photographers, it never felt intrusive or forced as they always made sure to capture the emotions as they were happening. Personally for me, moments where they just had us hug on the beach or talk to each other in the one on one shots during the wedding, felt like the best part of the day as it was just a chance to be with each other. All in all, an amazing experience and I couldn’t recommend anyone better!!
